Can anyone help me with hyd troubles on my L295DT? Any info out there for the backyard mechanics like me to troubleshoot hyd troubles on this tractor and how to plumb this tractor for a loader useing the tractor hydraulic pump instad of a PTO pump. Thanks for your help

If you decide to connect your loader to the internal hydraulics, take a look at this thread. About halfway down the thread there's a picture of the typical aluminum block used to tap into the internal hydraulics on these early Kubotas.

If your tractor has a block like that already, it's 2 ports basically need to connect to each other for the 3-point hitch to get oil. The way that usually happens is through a power-beyond port on the loader valve. On my rig, one hose from the block (the front one) goes to the inlet of the loader valve, the other connects to the PB port on the valve, and a third hose runs from the exhaust port on the valve back to the reservoir (dumps into the transmission).

Good luck - hope you get it working the way you want. Dick B
