I need to replace both lower links on a kubota L2900, but I'm puzzled on how to proceed. It looks like there is a pin, hold in place by a bushing, but trying to remove that bushing is almost impossible.

How do I proceed?

I'd remove the drawbar mount and go that way with it. Brass drift and some penetrating oil. Doesn't look like a fun job.

Looks straightforward; remove the nuts on the pin, and the bolt in the anti-rotation arm, and the drawbar mount, as bspeedy notes, and drive out the pins. Ten minutes, unless something is really stuck.

I'm guessing that the keeper bolt on the RIGHT can be removed without hitting the drawbar bits. If so, then that pin's inner bracket's tab gets rotated down so that it/pin can clear for pushing out. Penetrating fluid, a few shocks, and if you can get a clamp on there to help push on the outer threaded end (with the nut spun out to the end- something that you should look to do FIRST, before removing the inner keeper bolts) I think that should do the trick.

I had a keeper bolt eject itself on my NK5510 and the pin dropped out (being a newer tractor it wasn't frozen in place0. Obviously, in my case, plenty of clearance:D (I was lucky that the pin ended up resting on the drawbar frame)

Easy to do. Remove pin, remove bolt, pull out rod. And also detach lift arms. They are a little heavy so be prepared.
