Can someone tell me what adjustment nob on the side of my injector pump. Hose comes out of fuel pump out of this into side of injectors daisy chained to the other injectors then back to tank

Looks like a bleeder valve to clear air out of the fuel line.

I agree with Rj. Looks like a bleeder valve to remove air trapped in fuel system after filter change and ect.
