I haven't tried one, but the CK30HST remains heavier, has more ground clearance, only slightly higher gpm on the hydro flow, a little wider stance, Maybe a little longer (Kubota is measured w/o 3pt at 106" the Kioti 122.2" including 3pt), longer wheelbase etc.
I'm sure the Kubota is a wonderful tractor, but be sure you count all the things offered on the Kioti that are extra on the Kubota such as the joystick and valve for a loader. The Kubota also doesn't have telescopic hitch arms as does the Kioti, but has the telescopic sway bars. I also prefer the sloped hood and loader arms of the Kioti over the square view one gets with the Kubota. The platform operator's station on the CK30 is more comfortable to me. Kubota's specs don't give the HST traveling speeds,so can't compare that. The Kubota comes out ahead with a slightly higher engine and PTO HP, but the lighter frame may make them about equal.
I think you'll find that the price difference may favor the CK30 as there isn't enough difference to make buying the Kubota a better choice in my opinion.
If you're comfortable with the Kubota over the CK30, then by all means, that's the one to buy.
Do what I did, take pictures of the rears of both tractors, and of the fronts and sides so that you may compare them at home. John
