It's time to buy a boxblade for my next round of projects, virgin gravel driveway, trail grooming, leveling. L2350 is 25hp, 21pto hp. is a 5' too much?.
I have turfs w/chains 2-ladder, footprint is approx. 58". I just don't know if
I can pull a 5' footer w/o getting hung-up. I know the different brands is a whole other issue, been thinking towards Midwest. The new FarmForce at TSC seem to be stronger-built than the old KK, but I would rather have the captive pins, which neither FF or KK have. There's also the fixed or hinged models that , not sure what Midwest offers. Been reading for a year now about all the research. Money is tight, and I know some of HD models are pricey butI don't want to sacrifice quality for cheap.I am open to suggestions.

My L pulls a 5' LD model ok. I can fill it up and stop the tractor. Not sure about the turfs. With my old turfs, it wouldn't pull much with 2wd. But I don't think a 4' would be that much better. 5' will cover your tracks which is preferred.

I have a 54 inch land pride that I use behind my B2320 and it works well. I don't think I would want to go any bigger with my 23 horse though. It pulls a full scraper of dirt just fine but I haven't tried it yet with the scarifiers down very deep.

I have this on my BX2230 (mines yellow, yet to paint) and it handles it just fine. I have had the shanks down two pins in dry clay soil wrought with Poplar roots and it pulls with ease until it snags a root (as any size will with the teeth (75' poplars) but a quick reverse and ahead again in 4WD Low will break free.

There WebSite has both Canadian and US based customer sections although its layout is a little poor but I rember its price being very accomodating at the time.

I have a 4' foot box blade that I use with my 2350. It handles it pretty well. I've had my scarifiers down a couple inches in packed gravel/river run and it handled that pretty well. I have industrial tires and have found that if the ground is soft I can bog down and spin with much of a load in the box blade. My recommendation would be to stay with the 4' for what its worth. Good luck with your projects :)
