Depending on what the hoe is that sounds like a deal. The one thing I will caution you about is the 3pt ones put a lot of stress on the rear housing where the top link attaches. That being said I had a Woods 650 on a 1951 8n Ford with no problems but tractors are not built that heavy any more. Just my 2 cents.
