My L175 appears to not have any output from the alternater- any ideas on a retrofit? I talked to a rebuilder- he said that without a wiring diagram he couldn't do much for me. Is there some way to retro-fit something else in? Dealer only? any ideas please.
Goaliedad: I would do a search in your area or expanded area for an auto electronics shop to help you. I had the same problem with my L175 a few years ago with the starter. I took it to an auto electronics only shop, and they repaired it in less than thiry minutes! If that doesn't work, go to a a rental yard that rents Kubota tractors, and they will be able to guide you somewhere, or fix it for you? Good Luck!!
Thanks- I was hoping someone could give me an "I did this", but I guess I will find another shop to have check it out. There is a heavy equipment dealer that is supposed to be great for starters and alternaters- I will give them a call.
