Price Check L Series Price Cofigurator Rollout

Kubota.com will rollout the L series and RTV1100 price configurators on Dec. 1st to add to the RTV900 and Lawn & Garden configurators allready up and running.
More products to be added in coming weeks.

Now you can "build" a tractor with accessories and get an idea of list pricing. (then you can see how little money we dealers are making and stop accusing us of robbery

)

No doubt it is robbery. You of course have no taxes, insurance, or any overhead to pay.

Just checked the Kubota web site and the configurator for the "L" series is up and running.

Interesting, when I added the FEL to the BX it added a ballast box and I couldn't get rid if it without deleting the FEL. Kubota knows something I have been slowly learning and that is that I need too look at a ballast box.

i understand this is version 1 but in my opinion they need to get with the (internet) times, their site is ok, but their configurator is sloppy and not very user friendly, it looks like it's 5 years old. they should take some lessons from pc retailers like dell.com or hp.com. even jd has a decent site.. you can see all the options and choose them with radio buttons as well as see the cost right up front so you have a running total. also they hyperlink their options with very descriptive popups that include pictures so you know what you are getting. i think it's great that kubota has rolled this out (something is better then nothing), but they need to step it up, especially since they are one of the top CUT/UT companies.
