L model cab door replacement

Just replaced a cab door on my L4630GSTC due to breakage(do not ask).

Remove the hinges from the cab, install the hinges, support and opener in the glass after installing the new exterior weather stripping. Reinstall the door on the cab and it is done.
Total time takes a little over an hour.

The biggest obstacle in the process is figuring out how to take apart the opener to install in the new door.

I did one on a m-120 once it was easy to do but very nerve racking. The door being made out of all glass sure made me nervous when tightening the screws.

I wonder if my kubota insurence (inland marine) covers glass?

I've almost clipped my door more than a few times...if you're in-and-out to connect attachments, etc. you tend to leave it open - hitting something backing up doesn't hurt , it's the going forward that you find the door doesn't bend easily
