L 3830 tranny

I have an L3830 GST and I think that it has a lot of tranny noise but the dealer says that it is normal. The noise sounds like gear back lash to me. Anyone else notice this noise on theirs.

I have a 3830 DT 4WD. I notice alot of gear whine at higher speeds -> High 3 and 4. I think it is normal. There is no gear whine in the lower gears. Which gear has the whine in your tractor?

With the GST trans I have 12 forward. I hear it from 11 on down to 4&5. Guess it is supposed to be that way.
