L-35 OWNERS

Do certain years of the L-35's have a manual shut-off knob on the dash, plus the normal electric solenoid key shut-off? Or a decompression knob for cold/weak battery starts? If so, was this a Kubota option, on what year L-35? Thanks for any information.
