L 3000 trans sight plug or dip stick

Looking for a way to check the oil level in trans/hydraulic resevoir, don't have the manual yet. Doe's this maybe have a sight plug? thanks Dave

Hi Dave, yes I believe on your tractor has the sight window and should be located right beside where your left foot is when sitting on the tractor. Lots of discussion here on TBN about those sight windows getting cracked from everyday use, and fluid leaking out. Most recommend getting a space glass plug just in case. john
