I got mine a couple days ago. I must say these are very well made hope to put them on this weekend and then see if I can get some play time with them.
Also very well packed and good delivery times. Only took a couple days to get them.

I live in Provence, South of France and therefore must have presented a little more of a challenge to Ken getting stuff to me. I bought two hooks, two clevis rings and two lengths of chain at the beginning of this year and I can't speak too highly of a) the help and advice he gave me in phone calls and b) the quality of the stuff. Oh, and it arrived perfectly packed and with a little present or two as well - to take up some of the weight allowance in the boxes - which was very kind of him. I bought the chain because I couldn't source chain down here with the same rating.
I installed the hooks on my Kioti without any bother except that I was glad I had kept the spanners and sockets from my teens in the 1960s when in the UK we were still non metric. You chaps in the USA are lagging a bit behind you know!:) I must admit my mind is still a mix of inches, feet, yards and metric though. And then there are miles, kilometres and nautical miles. Not to mention litres, imperial gallons and US gallons. Some of this stuff from my flying days when Cessna and Piper aircraft could have a confusing mixture, some adjusted for the UK and some not.
although I've done someheavier work with the hooks and chains, here's a photo of my Kioti taking away part of an old Mulberry tree.

I've not heard a bad thing about Ken and his hooks. Top notch service. If it wasn't for the fact that my neighbour is an underemployed welder who welded my hooks on, I'd have used his.
How is Provence? Both my daughter resude in London now, and my wife and I are tempted to cash out over here and move to the Continent as we get older. Prices in the UK seem high, but France seems very affordable still. It's on our "hmmm" list.

Provence is great - I live in the Var - but you have to prepared for the slow speed of things sometimes. Some suppliers are very good but generally customer service can be poorer than in the UK and many tradesmen seem to have difficulty with their scheduling. Also French bureaucracy has to be experienced to be believed. Never mind, we like it here enough to stay. However, we need to see the outcome of the presidential election second round coming up on Sunday and the parliamentary elections in June. France is in a similar state to Britain was in the 70s. It's got to change, every one says that except when changes are put forward and then you see affected people and unions on the streets. The property market is stagnant at the moment so probably best to wait for a while and see what happens. Hope that helps. Not really tractor stuff though.

IMG_7306.JPGI got a set of Ken's hooks recently and was very happy when they arrived. Everything was just as described on his site. Easy enough to install. Used them already to pick up a York rake I bought and to haul my old patio door out to the street for rubbage pickup.
Thanks Ken,
Mike Hawkins

I have two in line with my loader arms that have the clevis mount on the inside of the bucket. Also did his receiver hitch with clevis mount in the middle. I have a 78" bucket and have used it a lot moving things around.
