Kubota ZD21F Running Poorly

Hello,

We have a Kubota ZD21F that was recently purchased used and was running well but is now running very poorly. When under load, it skips to the point that it almost stalls once the drive controls are released it goes to a high idle pretty well. I am planning to change fuel filters as a start, but was wondering if there were any other suggestions.

Change filter and clean fuel will more than likely fix it.

I have found that once a year when the fuel tank is low siphon the remainder of the fuel out of the tank to get rid of any trash or water that may be in the tank, until I did this the fuel filters didn't seem to last nearly as long.
