Kubota x1100c Door latch

I have an x1100c. Today I was using it and went to get out and the inside latch will not work. It moves up and down but apparently something either broke or came apart. Do I have to take the entire inside panel off? Any ideas what may have happened? Thanks

I see lots of people have read your post but no answers. I have the same model Kubota as yours (2yrs old now) but never had that happen. It could be as simple as a retaining clip or spring coming off and it is in bottom of door now. I would think you have no choice but take off door panel ....or bring to dealer.
