I apologize in advance if this is a question that's been asked several times in the past, but here goes: How closely do Kubota dealers stick to the number that you can arrive at, by using their "Build My Kubota" price tool on their web site? I assume it is a MSRP number? Do they still have room to discount? If a buyer takes advantage of Kubota's 0% financing, should he consider that, his price discount? Any info is much appreciated.

When I bought just over a year ago I got almost 17% off the web price. The 0% had no effect on price. The salesman said price was same whether I financed or paid cash.

Indeed, the Build It Yourself site does show MSRP.

Usually it is possible to get around 10% off of such prices but supply is tight at this time, making it harder to deal.

Dealers have other "tools" to muddy the pricing waters, often involving shop rates for options, set up, delivery, etc.

Be certain to insist that EVERYTHING is itemized on your quote.

Kubota takes its formal price increases January 1 of each calendar year. If you commit after December 31 you will be paying the higher 2021 price. Everything ordered from Kubota now is being shipped at 2021 prices.

Kubota owns the equipment inventory at most dealers, therefore there is usually no opportunity to buy existing inventory at "the old price" in the new year.

I was able to buy at the “old” price according to my dealer. He said the unit had been on the lot for almost 8 months and there had been two price increases. He said he could sell that unit at the “old” price. I shopped around and could not beat his price.

Kubota痴 Equine Program Membership gets you 20% off MSRP, plus 0%, 0 down, no payments for 90 days can be found if you shop around. Search for 兎quine program on TBN and you値l find plenty of examples of people getting the 20% off.

Kubota wholegoods are invoiced to dealers before the truck leaves the distribution center. If a price increase is announced for date X, invoices written before that date reflect "old" pricing. Terms and conditions of the invoicing vary, but the pricing is locked in when the invoice is generated.
