Kubota U25 rubber Tracks

Considering to change for new rubber tracks. current ones are ??iffy
and don't want a breakdown unexpectedly.
Looking at replacements and confused on
track sizes.
I think the Kubota original tracks are 300 x 52 x 80.
Replacements list 300 X 52.5 X 80 and
300 x 53 x 80.
Is this because of the brand making them?
