Second owner of TG1860 Diesel and the tractor continues to move forward or reverse when on fast throttle and foot off the pedal. If I quickly remove my foot off the pedal the units completely comes to a stop...but if traveling slowly (still in high throttle) the tractor continue to move forward or reverse Need procedure for adjusting the neutral. Also is it easy to replace the HSY filter?
