The service bulletin for the fix is PSB-2005-047 and the part number that the service buletin refers to is K7561-91700.
My dealer sent me the parts last week. I just have not had a chance to install it yet.
Looks like a one to two fix.

My RTV has only 10 hours on it. It rattles in many areas. Is there a serial number associated with this particular kit? Most of my rattles seem to be the bed or the rear gate, so this may not apply.

The main problem is something associated with the drive shaft coming from the transmission to the front axle. The new kit has a universal that clamps down on the drive shaft along with some other parts.
There is also a rattle with the screen behind the seat. Do a search for "Protective Screen Rattle" and you will see some pictures of how I fixed the lose screen problem.
