Mowing Kubota RCK60B23BX mower deck problem

I have a Kubota BX-24 with a Kubota RCK60B23BX mower deck that I use to mow 6-8 acres of pasture every few weeks. I do this so that the owls and hawks can manage the reptiles and rodents that move in when the grass gets over a foot tall. My problem is that the pulley covers don't keep grass and twigs from entering the belt and gearbox area in the center of the mower deck. I recently had a twig jam a pulley and subsequently damaged the drive belt. My question is has anyone fabricated a cover to keep the center area free of debris?, and if you have would you share your solution. I suspect that I'm not the only one that has had this problem.

New BX25D here and approaching 50 hours...I just yesterday, took the black covers off mine to grease the spindles and noticed some debris under the covers.
I just hosed the area clean,, greased the spindles and will probably just keep doing the same after mowing each week. I don't know of any additional covers to keep this from happening bt if anyone does, this is the place to ask. For the first 40+ hours the debris was not terrible...my last mower, a Simplicity would load up with clippings in that area...after mowing each week I also blow off the entire tractor with my backpack blower before hosing it off...that helps!
Just one of those areas that will catch clippings and debris, I guess.

Covers? I took them off a long time ago, LOL. I use an electric leaf blower when done to blow out the clippings. I don't think I've ever had a twig get jammed in there, however. I have a B2710 with (I think) an RCK60 deck, 500 hours.
