kubota R420 with water in fuel

I have a 2002 Kubota R 420 with water in the fuel. Does anybody know how to drain the water out of the fuel water separator? ! Thank you!

The fuel/water separator should have a tap on the bottom. open the tap and drain into a suitable container and use that to start your brush fires.
