It doesn't look like you have your seat belt on. I'm not trying to be safety police but a tractor can be very unstable when lifting a heavy load. Keep it as low as possible and be prepared for an upset.

Ditto that Ken.....When I lift something that unyieldy and heavy, I'm puckered all the time. Having the seat belt on keeps the pucker under control.

I found that worked well for me, so I added a hook there:

Just cut the strap... Used the end side of a long strap, figured I wouldn't be able to get it out

That's a good spot for a hook. I'm going to looking into that

Looks like regular Georgia gray, top polish and side pitched. Ive set more pieces of that type of granite over the past 30 years than I can remember.
