Is there a rationale for the last two numbers of the model numbers? I realize that the first two are roughly the horsepower, but the last two constantly keep me trying to figure them out. The answer to this would help me sleep better

The answer is an enigma, bound in a riddle, within a conundrum and TOP SECRET.

Well on the BXs they started out with the 00 series then the 30 , 50, 60 and the 70.

On the Grand L series I think it was the 50 then the 00, 10, 30, 40, 60 and 70

The B series is mixed up as they changed a few years back to go with the hp/series numbering.
