It's hard to say what emission standards the engine complies without knowing the date of manufacture.
Tractor Data website shows this tractor as Tier 3 and 85.5 hp or 63.8 kW. However it is not that simple.
From the EPA website, 56 to 75 kW engines manufactured between 2008 to 2011 had to comply to Tier 3 standards. After that, they had to comply with Tier 4. But reading the foot notes indicates that the later years were phase in/phase out years which 50% of the engines manufactured had to comply with Tier 4.
So, the only way of really knowing is put your eyes on it. If no exhaust filter or DEF tank, it is may be an earlier Tier 3.

When I bought my 5740, it was Tier IV compliant with no DPF etc. then the next models to come out had to be Tier IVFinal which had the DPF, this was the 60 Series in the GL and M. At least that' what I was told by the man at the dealer who was going to training on the Tier IV Final modifications.
