I am looking for an attachment that can be used to trim back brush that has grown into road ways. I am on a M5400. Any thoughts Ie sickle bar or rotary and how would it mount and drive? email shortcutsack@comcast.net

When you say brush, I would think that that would tell you it would take a flail.
How far back you need to clean and if you only need the top or the bottom cleaned would tell you the style.
There are brands that work vertical as well as horizontal. For a tractor that size you probably would have about a four to five foot max cutter because of being offset from the tractor.
