Hello,
I have a problem with my kubota M1-85 DT tractor.
Lately when I was using heavy loads (plow, sprayer ...), and
when I stop the engine, the load was going down.
To solve that problem, my usual workshop had changes some joints into the distributor.
Now I don't have that problem, but now I need to accelerate the engine at least to 1600 rpm to the load begin to rise (the same with heavy and light load).

Now the mechanic are not able to get that it start to rise at 600 rpm.

Someone has the workshop manual, or the hydraulic scheme for the M1 Kubota series (similar to M series)?

Without knowing exactly what your mechanic did, it will be difficult to offer any real direction. It should lift the same weight at any RPM only much slower. You might should go back to the mechanic and see if he has some ideas.

I went a second time to the mechanic, and he is not sure how to solve it.
He said that it is not a big problem, and maybe I will need to change the pump, that is very expensive....(excuses).

I mesured the presure in a back quick plug with a manometer, and the pump gives 180 bar at 600 rpm and 185 bar at 2000 rpm, so I suposs that the pump are working good.

I agree with K5. It's hard to suggest something without knowing exactly what the mechanic did before.

So the remotes in the back are ok. Which means the pump is also good and not pulling air.

I guess that he was messing around with the valve for the 3 Point lift and probably messed a seal or o-ring.

So, now I need to know where is the valve for the 3 Point lift to check it.
Do you know where can be located?.

You need a mechanic that will procure a workshop manual so he can troubleshoot the problem he created. The mechanic you have now seems content to allow you to pay him to guess.

I believe this M1 series was mostly sold in Portugal and Spain. Ebro in Spain made a couple tractors for Kubota, not sure if this is one of them though.

Any manual for this tractor is pretty much impossible to find.

Probably, you are right, and this model was sell only in Spain, but is the same tractor that the Kubota M 8580.

Welcome to TBN
You need to locate a person that can diagnose your tractors hyd problem. Hyd problem could be as simple as faulty relief valve.

Keep in mind many hyd pumps have been replaced only to determine that the replaced hyd pump wasn't the problem!!!!!

I agree with the rest of the other posts. You need a new mechanic.

The only thing I will add is based on your test. I think you are correct in thinking your pump is performing as it should. Something somewhere is bypassing a little flow. This is why you can overcome the problem with increase in RPM.
