Kubota LA211 control valve issue

I am having an issue with my FEL in cold weather. The control stick can be actuated in the 6 and 9 o'clock positions, but not in the 12 and 3 o'clock positions. I can heat the control valve and it will work fine. If above freezing, it works fine. The rods (unsure of proper terminology) will come out of the valve body, but not go in when cold.

Anybody seen this before?

You may have moisture in the cans on the bottom of the valve an may freeze.

Remove the cans, clean ,lube and re-install with weep hole down.
