Kubota L5240 No Forward Only Reverse

Greetings everyone. I happened across an L5240 Kubota with the problem in the title of the thread.
I'm troubleshooting this for a friend.
So far I have switched the Check and High Pressure Relief Valves. Still will only go in reverse.
I swapped out the Forward and Reverse Proportional Valves. Still will only go in reverse.
I switched the cable connectors on the Forward and Reverse Proportional Valves, and now pushing the pedal forward will make the tractor go in reverse. Swap them back and pedal operates as normal. Push back and the tractor goes back, push forward and it doesn't go anywhere.
I think the valves are good and the pedal potentiometer is good.

The next thing I tried is Adjusting By Electronic Instrument Panel.
I figured maybe the ECU needs to relearn the pedal position.
I get in to HST-ADJ Mode and STEP-01 is displayed.
I set the cruise control lever to maximum forward position, the HST Response Dial to Maximum, the the HST Pedal to Maximum Forward Position.
Step-02 is displayed.
As soon as I move the HST Pedal back to center Step-01 is displayed.
I believe Step-02 is supposed to remain displayed.
There are more steps but I can't get past Step-01.
Anyone have experience with this?

Often this is a loose wire at the HST forward/reverse solenoid under the tractor. Wiggle the connections.

Mowing brush is hard on this connection.

Connections are good. It seems that the pedal maximum travel is not being stored.
