Kubota L5030 with no power

I have a L5030 with around 2500 hours on it. I have owned it for 5 years now. We tried to use a bush hog on it and it wont even pull a 6 ft one. Carried it to the dealer and he put it on the dyno and it was doing 15 to 25 hp. He has had pump checked and injectors are fine. Found the governor spring broke once. Got it back and still boggs down and wont recover. Carried to another dealer and they couldnt find much. They reshimmed the pump and checked compression. The rear two cylinders were a little low but within specs according to them. It does not use oil, smoke or make any noises. It runs great but wont handle a load. It wont even pull a landscape box. Any suggestions? Thanks

I am guessing you have checked to make sure it is the engine rather than the transmission.

How could I rule out the trans. They have put it on the dyno. It runs fine idling. Then when you put a load on it, it bogs down to nothing. Its got us all baffled. I have a L5740 and it run like a top but it is turbo. When its on the dyno its not moving except the pto. It wont even get up to speed going down the road. Any ideas?

Since they checked it on the PTO, it won't be the transmission.

It is going to take someone with more smarts than me to figure that one out.

I absolutely love my BX2660. It is one of the best machines I have ever owned. My wife has just about taken it away from me since she retired this year.

I went through the deck adjusting with my BX2200 and you have to catch the moon in the right phase, face the north, add eye of newt, burn incense and sacrificing a chicken sometimes helps. I rolled around on my garage floor with my calipers measuring, adjusting, measuring adjusting until I finally got it right. If there is a quick, simple way of doing it, I couldn't find it; haven't had to on my 2660 yet.

Air filter changed?

If HST, Super fluid change with filters?

Fuel filter changed?

Just normal maintenance items, but they do affect power.

That self leveler on the back of the deck is messing me up. I dont really understand its function or what it really does yet.

How long did the test the injectors and pump for? I had a coworker with a M5040 that got some hay into the fuel tank and would starve the pump just enough so it would have no power but would recover so the dealer would say everything looked good.

They say its getting plenty of fuel. The dealer is a good diesel man. It blows his mind. They are taking the muffler off tomorrow. No smoke at all and runs smooth.
