- Kubota 4760 HST
Hello .
I have a 2013 Kubota 4760 it has only 120 hours on it. I am having some problems with it. The tractor does not get lots of use and sits for some times over a month or more without running. I found that the radio draws the battery down so I take the battery cables off at the battery to keep the battery from discharging. I have noticed that the negative cable was not tightening down to the post all that well. I replaced the negative cable on the tractor and it fits tight now. I charged up the battery and boosted the tractor . It will turn over but wont fire. It seems that its not getting fuel. I had it running no problem the weekend before it ran fine when i put it away. Could boosting the tractor cause a fuse to interupt and cause the fuel system to not allow fuel to flow. I checked the water seperator and all good there. I changed the fuel filter last winter so it should be good. I have fuel flowing to the fuel filter and can here what appears to be a fuel pump clicking with the key switch on. I had difficulty finding the fuse panel but since have found there location in the manual. I was told that there is some sort of solenoid that keeps the fuel from flowing to injector pump and that it could be a fuse or faulty solenoid. Any assistance would be great.
Thanks Dan.
