Snow kubota l4200 rear window defogger

I have a kubota L4200 and the rear window defoger or defroster stoped working last winter and its getting to be the time of year
were im going to need it again so I need to figure out why its not working. If i take a multi meter and put it on the wires on the glass
Im getting voltage when turned on ( no matter were I check on the glass wires) so what can it be if theres power on the glass

check to see if you have any current flow. ... Remove one of the window supply wires and put your meter in series with the glass. If you have zero amps, you have an open in the wiring... KennyV

Thanks I will check that out tomorrow, if there is a open wire how do I fix
