Ouch! It’s been awhile since I updated this thread I noticed.
I am currently working on adding 4 rear remotes. I had bought a Woods 7500 backhoe and want to run off the one of the remotes for that. When I ordered the Prince MB series valve, I ordered the conversion for one valve to detent and stay on.

First order of business was a bracket. IMG_0155.jpg
This was made from some cut offs from my local fab shop. They sell whatever to me by the pound so I get to dig through and pick stuff out.
The obligatory weld shots.

I had to hire my master painter for the color installation. IMG_0160.jpg

Got the bracket installed. I shamelessly stole this idea from a previous post and added a 3rd mount bolt with some allthread and a piece of steel tubing that the allthread fit through. This went through the original loader valve’s mounting plate. Here’s what’s under that cover if you’re curious.

Got the valve mounted. BTW, it came from Surplus Center.
A bunch of JIC fittings from Hydraulic Discount Warehouse arrived and I mocked up the valve and hose orientation on this end.IMG_0173.jpg

Current status is to get the QDs mounted on the rear of tractor in two sets of two half on each side.
Then order (and cry at the price) all the hoses to connect everything up. I’m counting 11 hoses total will be needed before it’s all said and done with.

Measured the hoses lengths to add the remotes today.
It looks like about 9 1/2 feet for the farthest ones. I ordered 8 at 10ft,
2 at 4 ft, and 2 at 18 inches from surplus center. Near 50 bucks in shipping! We’ll see how the lengths work out when they get here.

The hoses came in from Surplus center and it looks like I am two short and they were back ordered.
I ran the 6 I had, the one to the manifold for power beyond, and the power in. Getting to be tight in that area but I could still disconnect the FELs QDs fairly easily.
Running the rear remote hoses underneath without them hanging below the tractor in any place worked out with 4 of the hoses ran over the transmission to the opposite side and back.

Still need to make the brackets for the QDs, order a Tee for the tank return, and order the QDs.

And I’m about 90% done on this one. Still some minor items to finish up but want to work it a bit and see if changes are warranted.

I made the QD brackets out of 1/4” plate. Cut with plasma cutter and drilled with the press and hole saw. IMG_0422.jpg

Painted black and then installed 4 lines on each side to the rear.IMG_0428.jpg

Cleaned up the routing of the lines on the valve and reinstalled the loader. IMG_0429.jpg

Turned out pretty good, lines are all neat and nothing touching paint and still have access to disconnect the loader lines like normal. I changed the outboard valve from a spring center to a detent so I can run the backhoe or a continuous implement like a splitter if needed.

That looks awesome, definitely going to have to do something similar to mine.

Got the toplink cylinder in today and installed. I didn’t like the routing of the lines and the fact that they smashed into the back of the seat sent me back to the interweb to see if you guys had answers.

So Thanks to KennyD of Bolton hooks fame for the tip on turning the check valve assembly around. Thanks to Brian at Fitrite for telling someone about using longer 1/4” hoses than the 1/2” 18” ones I had. And a whole bunch of other tips for toplink hose routing.
I’m not done. This is the temporary version. I’m missing some fittings for the 1/4” lines from my local tractor supply.
But it did work and I was able to switch between 5 implements yesterday without leaving the seat!

Looks great Lenny, that’s an interesting setup there with the QD’s on the cylinder like that.
