Kubota L3010 glow plug indictor not working

I have a 2002 Kubota L3010 and the glow plug light was working intermittently and now in the cold it is not working at all. I am unable to start the tractor. I have replaced the glow plug relay but that has not fixed the problem. Any ideas?

Do you have power to the GPs? Power to the relay? Power out of the ign switch? Need a bit more info on what you've tried.

This is crazy - so I go out today and behold the gp light comes on and the tractor starts right up. Now, this is just the intermittent part working correctly. I do have power to the relay, I have not checked the power out of the ignition switch or power to the gp's.
