kubota L2900

Bought the tractor in May 2006, its been great so far. When I got it the lights worked but I haven't needed them until now and now only instrument panel lights work-no head lights. Also turning to key will not kill engine, must pull emergency engine stop (owner manual says contact dealer in this case). Any insight on where to start would be appreciated.

check your fuses first. might be a simple fix.
