It’d probably lift it off the ground but if you’re stacking 800-1000lb round bails up high it could induce instability on a 2600lb 63in wheelbase machine. Would definitely want to have the tires loaded and ballast on the 3pt.
Based on my experience with an L3200, I don't think it will lift a round bale safely, and I also suspect you're guessing wrong. Get the numbers right and then compare directly to the loader specs to know for sure.
I'd go bigger for large round bales. You could move them with a rear bale spear like I used to on my L3710. I tried lifting a large bale with bucket forks once and it wouldn't do it. I'm sure it would have with a bale spear loader attachment. That said, the loader for a L2800 is considerably smaller.
