Kubota L2800 250hrs , losing RPM's under a load . Installed new fuel and air filters . Will run right up to 2500 RPM and will drop down below 2000. Try to throttle up and there's nothing there . Run downhill with no load and it will catch up , I'd think definitely fuel delivery problem Could it be the lift pump? Plugged injector? Any Ideas? Scratching my head . Thanks
