Buying Advice Kubota L2540?????

Has anyone ever come across this model?
I can't find any reference to it. Its a 1985 25 hp according to the ad.
I can find a L2550 though. Just wondering if someone got the numbers wrong.
seller claims it has a 6' bucket on the FEL.
I am not a big Kubota fan but the price is right for what I need .
21 acres of flat land aprox 15 in planted pine the rest in old growth hard wood

You didn't say what the price was but you may be right a 2550. Don't understand how you could not like kubota.

Asking price is $2800, also has a box blade.
As for not being a Kubota fan I don't like their hydro ped. set up ( that goes for any brand with a toe/heel set up) I have no issue with Kubota if gear or shuttle.

Kubota just lists a gear drive L2550, no 2540's or HST for that year.

HES LOOKING AT WRONG TAG its easy to to kubota has paper tags on newer models instead off metal tags if it doesnt have letters after the l2540 hes looking at a l2540 loader the rops also has a model tag usually in same place

I wonder if majik bought it and how it held up if he did. He would have had it almost five years by now. :wink:
