Price Check Kubota L245 asking price?

A co-worker has a mother that has a Kubota L245 sitting in the barn. Unused for a few years. Her busband died a few years ago and the tractor is just sitting there now. I haven't seen the tractor and I don't know what shape it's in. I'm not sure if it's the L245 or L245DT. She has a book that has both of those model names on it.

I saw a post on here where some guy had bought a used L245 with a loader and box scraper for $7,000. Other than that, I have nothing to go on since info on this model is scarce.

Anyone have any links to sites with info on this model and approximately what it would be worth if sold? Assuming good condition.

The DT is a four wheel drive version of the L245. It is23 or 24 engine HP. I owned a L245 (2 wheel drive) without power steering. I also had a Woods RM59 mower and a 6 foot blade that sold for $4,000. You'll need to get some more info about hours, implements, general condition, power steering ect. My sale should give you some real market value.
