Kubota L185 Loader Hydraulics

Does anyone know how to redirect hyraulic flow from 3 point lift to a loader on a Kubota L185? I have been told there is a redirecting valve that bolts onto the hydraulic block in front of the drivers seat. The dealers look at me funny when I ask about it.

Has anyone found a good way to to this?
