I replaced the o rings on the rockshaft of the L-210 over the weekend due to leaks. I noticed that the lift was only going halfway up before acting like it was being stopped by something on the inside. I pulled the rockshaft out to look at everything and noticed nothing out of place. How the lift will only move a couple of inches.

I have a service manual, owner's manual, and a reprint of a shop manual. None of them give any advice on this. Does anybody have any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

Perhaps you got some linkage out of place when reassembling. It took me two tries to get it right on my Ford 3910. Use the shop manual procedure to reconnect the linkage.

There isn't anything in there about the linkage that I can find. It only has a couple of paragraphs on the lift with very few details.

I guess you bought the wrong manual. 🤷‍♂️

A shop manual should be detailed in disassembly and reassembly of that linkage. I can only tell you about mine. There was a forked rod that dropped down into the oil I didn't see at first. I had to pull the rockshaft top back off and make sure everything was connected correctly. My manual is about 300 pages. If yours is less than that, I suspect you got the cheap reprint manual.

That very well may be a possibility.

This is the book Messicks sent me. Kubota omitted the hydraulic system rebuild.
