Kubota KX161-3 Stabilizer Blade

I have a Kubota KX161-3 Mini Excavator...When I lower the blade to stabilize the machine it will pick the machine up..I let go of the blade handle and the blade releases and cant hold the machine stabile..Push the handle to lower it again and blade lifts machine..let go of handle and machine drops..Has anyone has this issue with the Kubota machines? I am not sure if its a cylinder or valve somewhere.

I assume the blade lever has a linkage. I would look there and make sure its centering properly.
