I am not paying KTAC $1000 to wissle out of this. It is their responsibility.

Are you talking about the $250.00 deductable costs?

I won't discuss someone's personal issue in a blog out of respect for their privacy. However, I will say insurance companies, regardless of what type of insurance, are not repair shops but simply the source of payment for repairs. I take it seriously when anyone complains about KTAC's service which is the only reason I am responding to this post. That being said, if anyone has an issue they would like to discuss, you can email me and we can do so in private.

Insurance companies are not your friends. Especially in this economy. If they where they would not deny my five year old nephew who needs heart surgery. KTAC also violated my general consensus. Insurance companies do not care about the little guy.

Muddyboots, this is the place to come to when you want to p1ss and moan, but you are not being fair to KTC here. You are blaming them for something and putting them out to the public as being unfair about your issues without describing those issues fairly. You are trying to make us believe they are dealing in bad faith without disclosing the facts.

KTC has been open and very honorable about refusing to air your dirty laundry in public and requesting you deal with them directly without casting any dirt your way and you have responded with more unfounded aspersions on their reputation.

I do not know what the problem is or whose fault it is, simply becuase you have not seen fit to put it out in the open and KTC has admirably refused to do that for you despite the bloody nose you are trying to create for them. All we can tell is that you are not happy, but so far KTC is coming out as the most even handed in this affair. If their treatment of you in private is as fair as what they have done in this public forum you created, then it seems this issue is likely of your making rather than theirs.

Please consider whether you wish to make all the facts known so we can take a side for discussion's sake or if you wish to take this back into your own sphere and work it out privately. The open lambasting is not fair to either of you and makes you look bad compared to KTC since they are not mudslinging with you. Without facts it just looks like a whining fit on your part unless one is willing to arbitrarially side against insurance companies in every case regardless of truth.

am getting a new Kubota RTV 1140 and checked with my homeowners with State Farm and as long as it stays on my property that the homeowners is for, it is covered.

John Rex I couldnt have said it better myself.

As for us we just recently processed 2 LARGE claims. One was a L that took a rock through the oil pan ( new engine ) and the other was a B that the owner tipped over while running. Both have large claim bills and both were taken care of by KTAC quickly and actually very painlessly. Customers call into KTAC and that same day we recieved the green light from KTAC to get it fixed. Great company for our customers and us as dealers.

Would not at all hesitate to reccomend you get this on your RTV. Congrates on your purchase by the way! They are a ton of fun!
