Kubota Hydraulics not working after hose repair

L3130. Replaced blown bucket hose. After repair pump whines and no hydraulic action. Tractor will move but no loader or rear lift. Checked for all hose connections and changed out both rubber suction hoses. It was suggested water got in hyd oil, causing a gel blocking filter. Pulled and checked ok. Not sure if there is a way to purge air out?

How many lines did you have to remove to do this repair? Which line blew? One of the lines to the lift - lower or bucket curl - dump?

Did you check the fluid level?
