Black smoke , then oil dripping from breather tube. What have I done to it ???
Only 500 hrs on machine, but it had been sitting up. I changed all the fluids and a new battery, and she fired right up. Now this.

Sounds like the air filter is probably soaked in oil and choking the engine. The oil out of the breather tube is probably left over from said manuver. Clean it all up and you should be ship shape.

I also put a new air filter on it when I changed all the fluids.
