I built one on my L2850 a few years back, the bucket needed several "upgrades" to the top of it as it kept bending/distorting with use. The biggest problem I found with the thumb on the bucket was you couldn't see what you were doing. I also added some short "forks" to the inside corners of the bucket, they stuck our about 10" and made a huge difference, they were just bolted in the corners.
