Grading kubota front blade

I just recieved my new bx2230. The dealer said I couldn't get the blade until September. Is he pulling my leg or is it a Kubota thing? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

He's probably telling you true.....remember that you will have to also get the sub-frame quick mount that connects to the front frame and controls the raising and lowering thru the use of the FEL control.
The mount can be used for a snowblower as well as a sweeper.

Same thing true for me. Bought a BX23 about three weeks ago with a blade and a snowblower. Dealer said the blade and blower wouldn't be in till Sept - Oct. He was going to try to see if he could find one at another dealer, so far he says no luck. I believe him he's been straight with me so far.
Sure would like to have the blade sooner, could use it right about now.

However, you will need the PTO kit to use this mount with a snow blower or sweeper. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind as an additional expense if you should decide to go for either.

It seems like when I ordered mine that it took a couple of months to get it as well.

I ordered it in August and received it in late October, The rubber squeegee took a couple of months longer to get ,Even though it was ordered at the same time. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Seasonal items come in waves, we just got our snowblowers that where ordered almost a year ago.

Last year I bought my B2910 about this time and it had the MMM but I had to wait a good month to month and 1/2 for my FEL.

What is a "rubber squeegee"? I've never heard of that option for a front blade.

The rubber squeegee is actually a rubber edge , It replaces the metal edge to reduce scraping on concrete or blacktop.

I think it sells for $155.00 , The item number is B2766. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

This is for the B2763 60" blade.
