Kubota BX2350
Hi all, long-time listener, first-time caller. I have a Kubota BX2350 with a mid-mount mower and rear PTO-driven bagger (both Kubota brand). The issue is that when I go to lower the deck, the rear hitch lowers as well, but will only go down an inch or 2 before the solid upper bar stops its from dropping further (preventing the deck from lowering to the ground). Isn't the deck supposed to be able to operate independently from the rear hitch? Thanks in advance.

One of the stupidest, and common among most brands, ideas for the subcompact tractor market, was to cheap out and connect the deck lift to the 3-point lift. One only moves when the other does. Really limits the capabilities of the tractor for sure. They worry about, and waste money on, electronics that do nothing, stupid cup holders that do nothing, but when it comes to actual usefulness of the tractor's hitch system, shortcuts are made. STUPID!

What I don't understand is that it's a Kubota bagger; It's supposed to work with the tractor.
