Ahhhhhhhh!!!!! This is my third season mowing with my BX2200 with 60" mmm, but my first without attaching my PTO bagger. For some REALLY annoying reason, my turf tires are tearing up the lawn on tight turns, even when going extremely slow. I tried letting some air out of the tires (down to 15 psi) and stomped on the rear dif lock pedal to make sure it wasn't stuck. Nothing is working and I keep making ugly tire peel out marks in my grass. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you.

Is 4WD engaged?

Are the fronts or the rears causing the damage? Or both?

I should have mentioned the 4wd was definitely not engaged. I kept checking that too (as if it could engage itself). Just the rear tires. Is there a way to make sure the rear dif lock is not engaged. I never had an issue with it before...meaning, I've had to engage it because only one tire was spinning and I needed the traction. Thanks for responding

You could jack the rear of the tractor up and check it by rotating the rear wheels under power.

I would also "follow" the linkage and make sure there is not a stick or something stuck in it some place.

If it is sticking it should be hard to make a "normal" turn as the machine will want to go straight.
Good luck

Could a brake be dragging even though it is not engaged? Maybe sitting over the winter or snow/ice got into it causing some rust or something. A sticky brake would be apparent also if you jack up the rear.

I would put the rear bagger back on or some weight on the 3 pt and see if it was the weight difference causing the wheels to spin.

or try backing up a hill and make it spin and to see if both tires grab

Thank you 94BULLITT and you also DEERHERD. I actually tried putting my weight block on and it was far worse. I have other work to do in the woods this summer and the bagger is such a giant pain in the you know what to take on and off. I'm beginning to think my rear diff is stuck. I'm going to jack it up and find out. Any thoughts on how to unstick it if that's the case?

First check all the linkage - they can and do get jambes up sometimes.

If it is stuck and not an external problem you may have to work your way in. The fork could be stuck or bent
