I don't think there should be QD on them just the work ports. But the BX22 might feed the BH right from the PB port.

As you can see from the attached Photo's the right cylinder is bypassing from within. Some of the center O-rings are missing. Thanks for your input and help.

My concern would be what allowed or caused this seal to fail again? Is the cylinder bore scored or enlarged/ ballooned, egg shaped etc. at some point which would cause the seal to fail.
