Kubota BX2000 PTO control arm leak

I have a BX2200 that is leaking around the control arm for the pto at the transmission. I'm trying to remove the control arm to replace the o rings and have removed the bolt that goes thru it and the shaft and it will not come off. I don't see anything else holding it on and the service manual doesn't mention anything else and was wondering if anyone would have a y suggestion?
